I paint local ecosystems with environmentally friendly materials. I salvage the materials I use as much as possible. I paint on hollow-core doors with reclaimed latex house paint. I tend to focus my subject matter on landscapes and species within that landscape. For example, I live along the Mississippi River, so I tend to focus on the birds, fish, plants and landscapes of this area.
