Danielle Flicek is a mom, a restaurateur, a jiu jitsu practitioner, and an oil painter from Red Wing, MN. In the calm times of the day, she paints her favorite subjects including food, friends, and places that ease the mind. Danielle also maintains an active schedule of commissioned portraits. “I think there’s more soul in a painting” than a photograph, Flicek says “It brings more emotion and depth.
