Alexis Zaccariello & Azelea Heintz
Alexis & Azelea collaborate to create ceramics pieces, utilizing several techniques. Sgraffito: carving through colorful underglaze on leather hard clay. Raku: searing horse hair, sugar and feathers on a 800 degree ceramic surface. Lastly, encaustic: wax and resin painting medium is used to create decorative surface design.
